Placing a re-order online does not guarantee that your order can be fulfilled, due to the following possible complications:
The image requested is older than 1-2 years old, and is no longer on file.
The image requested was not taken on the original photo day, due to technical error, or various misunderstanding on the part of the photographer, other staff, school, or customer.
The image requested is not retrievable due to file error or lack of information. If additional information is needed to complete your order, The House of Portraits will contact you in order to obtain it.
When placing your order, please be sure to provide us with the following information, in the spaces provided next to each available item:
- Name of person in photograph
- Location and date of photograph
Without all or part of this information, we may be unable to retrieve your image for processing. If you have any questions, concerns, or additional information about the image you are ordering such as class, grade, division, etc. please feel free to include it in the "Comments / Special Instructions" box in the Check-Out process. Please also note that to ensure the completion of your order, it is important that you provide us with a phone number or e-mail you can be easily reached at should a problem occur or more information is needed to process your order.

A re-order form is included in every original package of prints, as well as being available for downloading and printing in the links above. |
