On photo day, our experienced staff will be able to process through your teams quickly and efficiently, without the sacrifice of quality or customer attentiveness. We will schedule your photo-day around games, opening ceremonies, or any other activities that will make the day flow as smoothly as possible. Our friendly, well trained photographers will make sure your players feel at ease, getting the best possible pose and smile from your 6 year old t-ball player, or your veteran teenage athlete. After your photos have been taken, our Production Staff will work diligently with your league administration and team coaches to make sure all deadlines and special needs are met. All photo packages come bundled by division and team, and team photos are provided at no extra charge.

Our pricing includes five different packages, as well as add-on photo sheets, and digital products such as trading cards, magnets, magazine covers, calendars, frames, and awards. We can also customize packages as well as designs and backgrounds per request. Team photos are provided to coaches and sponsors at no charge. Sponsor plaques and a team sponsorship are options we readily make available to many leagues.

Notes on Re-Ordering Sports Photography

Placing a re-order online does not guarantee that your order can be fulfilled, due to the following possible complications: The image requested is older than 1-2 years old, and is no longer on file. The image requested was not taken on the original photo day, due to technical error, or various misunderstanding on the part of the photographer, other staff, league/coach, or customer. The image requested is not retrievable due to file error or lack of information. If additional information is needed to complete your order, The House of Portraits will contact you in order to obtain it. When placing your order, please be sure to provide us with the following information, in the spaces provided next to each available item: - Name of person in photograph - Location and date of photograph Without all or part of this information, we may be unable to retrieve your image for processing. If you have any questions, concerns, or additional information about the image you are ordering such as league, division, team, etc. please feel free to include it in the "Comments / Special Instructions" box in the Check-Out process. Please also note that to ensure the completion of your order, it is important that you provide us with a phone number or e-mail you can be easily reached at should a problem occur or more information is needed to process your order.
